 We will take between 2 to 5 days to prepare your order on all models, adults and children alike.

Standard shipping is free with the following delivering times:

  • USA, 3-4 business days

  • Canada, 6-10 business days

  • Internationally, 5-20 business days

  • Europe (for orders shipped from European locations) 5-10 business day

Please note: shipping times may vary slightly according to the stock location at the time of order. We do our best to keep to the above guidelines.

We can track your order, but please note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers. We will let you know all the shipping details via email once you have placed your order.

RETURNS

3 WEEKS TO TELL US IF SOMETHING IS WRONG

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. All claims must be submitted for packages lost in transit no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, tags and labels still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 3 weeks after delivery

If you notice any issue with the products or anything else in the order, please submit a problem report by doing the following:

1. Write us an email with as much detail as possible about your order.

2. Attach any relevant photos to illustrate the problem.

We will get in touch with you once we receive your email.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 71 75 Shelton Street, London, LND, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. As we do not charge shipping costs, no shipping cost will be paid if you receive a refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item with standard post.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. If any charges are incurred, such as DUTY & CUSTOMS charges during the return, these will be automatically deducted from the refund value.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email.

Wrong Address: If you provide the courier or us with an address that is considered insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Returned by customer: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are offered at your expense and discretion. As products are custom made, a new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Fox Productions Limited reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted by the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
